to add to that, Nana means seven in Japanese and the apartment number happens to be 707! The manga is still going...I wish they would animate the rest so much more happens!

Unless you found out already, it's about this nice, country girl named Nana who goes to Tokyo to see her boyfriend. On the train there, she meets this girl named Nana Osaki, and they become friends. When they get off the train, they part ways and Nana believes they will never see each other again. But one day, while looking for an apartment to stay in, she sees Nana Osaki wanting to stay in the same apartment. They both agree to share the apartment, and they begin living together. It's sad.
